一年生の鈴木です。 昨日、1月に入って初めての、また1月最後である月曜日の練習がありました。 一昨日に海上練習があったとはいえ、久しぶりの大学外周や腕立て伏せといったシンプルなトレーニングは予想以上に体に応えました。 来週からは試験が始まり、勉強漬けの日々になりそうですが合間を見つけては体を鈍らせないためにもトレーニングしたいです。
